Fantasy Art, the Inheritance Cycle, and Ciruelo Cabral

Christopher has an insatiable appetite for epic fantasy images. If you share this passion, San Diego Comic Con’s Artists’ Alley, where many of the world’s talented illustrators gather to display and sell their goods, is one of the best places to visit. Christopher toured the convention hall in 2013, speaking with Donato, Todd Lockwood, and Brom:

Over the years, talented artists, such as John Jude Palencar, Donato Giancola, Raoule Vitale, and Michael Hague, have brought their beautiful interpretations of Alagaësia to life, much to Christopher’s delight. Today, we’re featuring the work of another member of this illustrious group.

Fantasy Art of Ciruelo Cabral

Ciruelo Cabral, revered for his iconic dragon and fantasy illustrations, was invited by Christopher to capture Saphira and her Rider’s likeness for the 10th anniversary edition of Eragon. The creative process was documented from start to finish:
